"We believe that customers come first and delivering the best customer experience is our top priority. We are absolutely committed to delivering a happy and pleasant experience to each and every one of our customers. We consider it a privilege to have an opportunity to serve our customers and we do not take the responsibility of fulfilling orders in an accurate and timely fashion lightly.

We are confident that when customers place an order with us, they will be completely satisfied with the quality and design of our products. However, if a customer is not satisfied with a certain product (It's okay, it happens) and it falls under our return policy, they may return it with ease (please see our return policy below for additional details).

Shipping

R.A.W Mats offers free standard shipping on all our products. However, certain oversize items or shipments to certain rural and remote locations that our shipping courier does not have easy access to, we may charge an additional fee. Please note that a signature maybe required for delivery. If you have questions regarding shipping to rural places, just ask us!

Order Process

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

We will try to be as transparent as possible. However, there are delays sometimes beyond our control such as warehouse/transit times, backlogs, weather conditions, and holiday season just to name a few. In such cases, orders may arrive slightly outside of the estimated timeline. Please contact us regarding any questions at rawimportsbc@gmail.com.

Return Policy

Change your mind? We have a 30 day return policy upon receipt as long as the product is not used, damaged or altered in any form. Simply Contact us to start the refund process. Return shipping cost are customers responsibility and a 15% restocking fee will apply. We will inspect the item upon receiving and advise of the refund process. The restocking fee will be taken from the refund amount which will be returned back in the original form of payment within 5 business days after we confirm the refund. Bank delays may apply.

No refund after the 30 day period. 

Received damage, defective or incorrect items?

We understand errors & accidents do happen from time to time. If a product arrives damage, defective or the wrong item was sent, please contact us as soon as possible. Since every situation is different our team will assess each situation and will find a unique solution that will completely satisfy the needs of our customers. This may include a refund or replacement of the order depending on the customer's preference. Images, video clip of the damaged or defective product will be requested. Customer is responsible for ordering the correct product for their vehicle type. 

Privacy Policy

Any information obtained from customers in the process of fulfilling orders will not be shared with any 3rd parties.
R.A.W Mats guarantees that all transactions placed on the website will be secured by Shopify Inc. as it is committed to keep customers information confidential and secure.
R.A.W Mats is not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from its website nor the information or content contained therein. 

Warranty/Liability Policy

We stand by our products. R.A.W Mats products have a minimum 1 year warranty unless specified by an extended period term. Shipping charges may apply.

We purchased our first Tesla Model 3 back in 2020. Like many of you, we wanted to do anything and everything to ensure our baby always looked pristine, clean and in first day condition for as long as possible. We purchased our mats from the Manufacturer, and after about 6 months, we weren't really happy with how our mats had become. So, we began to look for mats that we could be happy with, after a few questionable attempts, and a few failed sets, we finally decided to make a set that best suited what we were looking for: A clean design, durable, Canadian weather proof, non-toxic and affordable. After ordering a quantity that was larger than expected, we were so nervous to see if anyone else would even bother purchasing the mats from us. After riding around with the mats in our car, throwing whatever we could at them be it weather, food, dirt, feet or our favorite 4 legged friends for a few months - The mats held up!

With shaky confidence, we put them up on Marketplace. To our surprise, we sold all the mats in 2 short months!

We're a young couple, who have worked really hard for everything we have and really appreciate everything and everyone.  We treat every one of our customers who either came to our door, we met in parking lots, at super chargers or deliveries to their house with the same mindset. We treat everyone like a friend and we would never offer a bad product to a friend. We made sure we were accessible even after their purchases to show that we really do believe in what we sell. Even if the questions didn't have anything to do with our mats, we still tried to find the answers for the product they needed, or referred to people we have encounter good service from along the way. 

We love the brand and what it stands for, we want to share our love, our passion and our knowledge we gained over the years with anyone willing to learn.

We've always kept it real, no fluff, we understand that money is hard to come by these days and we wanna make sure what we buy lasts more than 90 days. 

What started as a hunt for something to protect my own Tesla, turned into a full fledged operation! We were testing all kinds of products in our Tesla's, from screen protectors to seat covers, to logo covers and wheel covers and we will continue to test before putting it out there in the world for others. As we shared our story with our customers who encouraged us believe in ourselves and think big.

After 2 years of serving the Lower Mainland and having virtually no garage space, we finally felt it was time to actually think big. We decided to move up our garage operation into something bigger. We finally designed our own full sets. Our own design, our own name - R.A.W Mats - Rugged All Weather Mats.  -
